Check out the earlier post on this great little amplifier. In the first video I replaced the op-amp chips and added some additional resistors and a cap to the circuit to take the harshness out of the amplifier. But still, the volume went from quiet to full-blast just by looking at the volume knob.
So, an assortment of pots were tried. See the results:
